Rich Lyons is a renowned eCommerce pioneer and transformational leader, celebrated for founding Lyons Consulting Group, the industry’s leading eCommerce/Global Commerce Services firm. His innovative work with clients like GoPro, Patagonia, and Herman Miller earned him and his company numerous sales innovation and achievement awards. Recognized for his expertise, Rich was named a “Top 25” consultant by Consulting Magazine in 2016, and his firm was listed three times as one of Consulting’s fastest-growing companies.

After Lyons Consulting Group was acquired by Capgemini in 2017, Rich spearheaded major growth initiatives for Capgemini’s partners as leader of North American Partners and Channels. Since leaving Capgemini in 2021, he has been actively involved in board service, eCommerce consulting, and launching lifeissales.com, a platform dedicated to helping early-stage entrepreneurs refine their sales processes and expand their sales teams.

In 2022, Rich founded the Lyons School of Transformational Business at Wright Graduate University, offering accredited MBAs in sales, entrepreneurship, social-emotional intelligence, and principle-based leadership.

A graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Rich resides in Chicago with his wife, Gertrude, and they are proud parents of two grown daughters.
