Margo Boster
Margo Boster is an executive and leadership coach and yoga teacher with more than twenty-five years of rich experience in diverse senior leadership roles in information technology across private sector companies and governmental organizations. She has spent the last fifteen years as an executive and leadership coach, supporting leaders, including CEOs, US military generals, and other senior executives, to reach their peak potential.
Margo holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She further contributes to the coaching community as an ICF Mentor Coach and Assessor, supporting other coaches in enhancing their coaching skills. She is also an adjunct faculty member in Georgetown University’s Coaching Program, a facilitator and mentor coach at Flatter Leadership Academy, and a guest lecturer in Arizona State University’s graduate program for Environmental Leadership and Communication.
Drawing on extensive studies of psychology, anatomy, philosophy, neuropsychology, and adult development, Margo has crafted a coaching philosophy that integrates the latest insights from these fields with her decades of leadership experience.
