Toni Boucher
Toni Boucher is serving her first four-year term as Wilton’s First Selectman (mayor) after a lengthy career in public service for the state of Connecticut. Her positions have included board of education chairman, selectman, state board of education commissioner, state board of education member, advisory board member of the Connecticut Office of the Child Advocate, State Representative Minority Leader, and State Senate Chief Deputy Minority Leader.
An inductee into Marquis Who’s Who, Boucher’s career in the private sector includes executive leadership roles in large businesses where she developed billion-dollar budgets and led new business development and marketing initiatives. She recently retired as a director of a leading $30 billion asset management company. Boucher has founded several startups and is now helping the University of Connecticut School of Business grow its entrepreneurship and student-run investment programs.
She has held Series 7, 63, and 31 investment licenses and has an MBA from UConn. Boucher also published a white paper on “Ethics and the Nonprofit.” Sitting on numerous nonprofit boards that fund new programs and research, she is a forty-year resident of Wilton and has three children and six grandchildren.
