Julie Linn Teigland is a business leader, innovator, and advocate for women’s inclusion with three decades of experience transforming business opportunities across Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). She is EMEIA Area Managing Partner and a global leader with EY, delivering purpose-led growth for a number of Fortune 500 clients and leading a diverse team of over 141,000 people in 95 countries towards a sustainable and inclusive future, enabled by technology.

Julie leads the EY Women. Fast Forward program and was named one of Fortune magazine’s Most Powerful Women International in 2021. She serves on several boards across Europe and the US, such as the UN EQUALS, JA Europe, Atlantik Brücke, and the Atlantic Council on Germany.

A truly global citizen, Julie has a rare, bird’s-eye view of the issues and concerns affecting a large portion of the globe’s business landscape. Today, she provides counsel to business leaders and helps bring the breadth of EY experience and scope of advice to organizations in every industry and market.

Julie was born in the US and has been living in Germany for more than 30 years. She studied business in Heidelberg, Frankfurt, and Paris and qualified as a US Certified Public Accountant. Married with four children, Julie’s passions include cooking, hiking, and skiing.
