We are continually challenged to meet goals, either the goals we set in our personal life or the goals of our organization. However, we often feel that our goals and dreams are out of reach, we don’t have the time, we’re not ready, or maybe we’re just not good enough. Many of us are struggling with impostor syndrome, the fear of failing, self-doubt, and the fear of success. 

We listen to the voices of intuition and instinct, which have kept us safe in the past. Yet the voices of procrastination, the inner critic, and perfection sound similar enough that they hold us back.
