Live Your Opus Workbook
Reclaim Your Energy, Redefine Success, and Create a Life That Truly Matters
Live Your Opus Workbook is a twelve-week reset for ambitious people who want to feel aligned, energized, and deeply connected to what matters in how they lead, live, and love. This workbook is your hands-on companion to the book Live Your Opus—an intentional, quiet space to reflect, experiment, and integrate its ideas and practices into your everyday life.
Two powerful truths—your life is your Opus (a masterpiece only you can create), and you are your greatest work—will set you free from other people’s expectations, overwork, chronic stress or burnout, and the quiet ache of living a life that doesn’t quite fit.
Whether you’re at a turning point or simply ready to align your life with what matters most, this isn’t about striving harder; it’s about gently becoming more of who you already are.
Over twelve weeks, you’ll move through the four stages of the Opus process—Connect, Dream, Compose, and Embark—supported by:
- Micropractices and energy rituals to ground and guide your growth.
- Choose-your-own reflections and experiments tailored to your needs.
- Weekly check-ins and planning tools to help you move forward with clarity.
- In-service actions to ripple your learning into your relationships and work.
- Space to capture your insights, celebrate your shifts, and stay aligned.
Isn’t it time to remember what matters, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels like yours? When you come home to who you are—beneath the noise and the roles—everything shifts.
