With nearly two decades of experience across startups and global SaaS companies, she’s led go-to-market transformations that drive clarity, speed, and sustainable growth. Today, she leads Revenue Strategy and Operations at DevRev, where she explores how AI is reshaping how sales teams learn, operate, and perform. She’s also the host of The State of the AI Union, a podcast featuring candid conversations with operators, founders, and product leaders shaping the future of go-to-market execution. Based in Palo Alto, Laura blends global experience with a builder’s mindset—balancing leadership, learning, and family life as a proud mom of four. Designing for Excellence is her first book.
