Scott Tavis
Scott Tavis is a senior leadership consultant, executive coach, and strategic advisor with more than twenty-five years of experience supporting CEOs and executive teams through complex change, transformation, and growth. He has worked across Fortune 500 companies, government positions, public–private partnerships, humanitarian development, and the nonprofit sector in Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Scott has advised and coached more than fifty CEOs and their leadership teams, designing and facilitating large-scale strategic change programs that integrate leadership performance, culture, brand, and execution. Since 2018, he has served as a senior consultant to the United Nations system, working with organizations including UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNEP, and the UN Secretariat on executive and team coaching, strategic design, facilitation, and leadership branding.
Through his consulting work with Instinct Strategy and previous ventures, Scott has partnered with organizations such as Medtronic, Mars, Campbell’s, Coca-Cola, Teva, Point Biopharma, and the Canadian Cancer Society. His work is known for blending strategic rigor with deep human insight—helping leaders align purpose, performance, and impact.
Scott holds a BA from UC Berkeley, attended Phillips Exeter Academy, and is certified by the International Coaching Federation. He is also certified in multiple advanced leadership and team-coaching methodologies, including Team Coaching International, Leadership Circle 360, Team Diagnostic Survey, ORSC, and Scrum.
