Megan is an acquisitions editor at Amplify Publishing Group, where she guides authors through the publishing process and supports thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts in shaping books that elevate their message and expand their influence.

Over the course of her career, Megan has consulted with more than 1,000 professionals to help them launch, grow, and scale their speaking, coaching, and consulting businesses. She has worked closely with clients to strengthen their brand strategy, refine their messaging and positioning, and ensure their ideas are clear and market-ready. Through this work, she has developed deep expertise in sales, marketing, content development, stagecraft, and storytelling—the core elements that drive a successful practice. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in management and a minor in sales leadership.

Today, Megan brings that strategic experience into publishing, recognizing how a thoughtfully developed book can build credibility, expand thought leadership, and create long-term impact.
