Kayla Whitfield

Kayla is an assistant bookkeeper at Amplify Publishing. Raised outside of Philadelphia, she grew up immersed in mystery and thriller novels and spent much of her time writing poetry as a creative outlet. She earned her degree in criminal justice from Southern New Hampshire University, fueled by an interest in forensics and forensic accounting. Prior to joining Amplify, Kayla worked in the IT field before transitioning into accounting—a career path she is excited to continue growing in. Outside of work, she enjoys watching anime, crime shows, reading poetry, and traveling.
